• The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G will hit shelves at T-Mobile USA late next month. The Android-based smartphone is compatible with T-Mobile's dual-carrier HSPA+ service and comes equipped with a 3.97-inch Super AMOLED display and Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor with 1.5 GHz dual-core CPUs. The Galaxy S Blaze will retail for $150 after $50 mail-in rebate and new two-year contract.

LG Electronics has unveiled three new smartphones sporting its new "L-Style" look. The devices' design is centered around five aesthetic elements: a comfortable grip, slimmer look, more intuitive arrangement of keys, metallic access and shape. The first of the new devices, the Optimus L3, has a 3.2-inch display and will launch next month in Europe. The Optimus L3 will be followed by the Android-based Optimus L5 and Optimus L7, which have 4-inch and 4.3-inch displays, respectively. Further details about availability, pricing and hardware specifications will be announced closer to the devices' launch.

Tangoe has acquired U.K.-based mobile management company ttMobiles. Tangoe specializes in on-demand communications lifecycle management software and services and plans to use ttMobiles to cross-sell its products to new customers.

Airspan Networks plans to use AirHop's self-organizing network technology in its base stations and network management servers. Airspan's Air4G and AirSynergy base stations will use AirHop's eSON Suite Release 1.0 software. The first products from the tie-up will be commercially available next quarter.

• Device trade-in specialist eRecyclingCorps has opened international headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, marking its expansion into the European market. The company recently acquired Zone Impact, a provider of retail trade-in programs for mobile devices throughout Europe, and is using a recent $35 million investment by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers to expand its network of carrier and retail partners offering consumers instant in-store credit for wireless device trade-ins.
